1 General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the nxtwp platform and all its associated services. nxtwp is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services on nxtwp. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. nxtwp may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time to confirm your age.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, the additional accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account. The following details must be provided accurately:
- Full name (as per national ID or passport)
- Valid mobile number (Bangladeshi)
- Date of birth

3 Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring the security of your account. Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and do not share them with any third party.
3.1 Password Protection

- Change your password regularly.
- Do not use a password from another site here.
- Be careful when using your browser's auto-save feature to store passwords.
3.2 What to Do in Case of Unauthorized Access

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your nxtwp account is strictly prohibited.
4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Transactions on nxtwp are currently supported through the following mobile financial services:
- bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service
- Nagad — Digital financial service of the Postal Department
- Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank
- Upay — Digital wallet of United Commercial Bank
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred taka). The maximum deposit amount may vary in accordance with applicable rules. The same minimum limit applies across all payment methods.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800 (eight hundred taka).
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
4.4 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption. nxtwp follows Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies. In cases of suspicious transactions, nxtwp reserves the right to temporarily place transactions on hold for investigation purposes.
5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
nxtwp offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, a deposit of ৳34,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x, calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the original deposit. Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place bets worth ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own validity period; unused bonuses expire at the end of that period.
- Using bonus funds to hedge your account or follow a risk-free betting strategy will result in the bonus being forfeited.
- One bonus cannot be used alongside another bonus unless specifically permitted.
- nxtwp reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time.
- If any breach of bonus terms is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings earned will be voided.
6 Gaming Rules
6.1 Fair Play Policy
nxtwp is committed to fair play. All game outcomes are determined by an independent Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring that no one can artificially influence results.
6.2 Policy on Technical Errors
Incorrect payouts or balance changes resulting from any technical error or malfunction will be considered void and cancelled. nxtwp reserves the right to confirm the correct amount following a proper investigation.
6.3 Game Restrictions
Some games may not be available for certain regions or members. Where bonuses or promotions are involved, the specific offer's terms will state which games contribute to bonus wagering.
6.4 Live Casino Rules
Live casino games involve third-party professional game providers (such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi). The respective provider's own rules also apply to these games. If your internet connection is lost during a live game, the outcome of any bets already placed will be determined according to the provider's records.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nxtwp platform. If any of these prohibitions are violated, the account may be closed and legal action may be taken:
- Using another person's account or placing bets on behalf of a third party
- Misusing bonuses or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of bonus hunting
- Attempting to influence game outcomes through any form of cheating, hacking, or software tools
- Using the platform for money laundering purposes
- Threatening or harassing other members or nxtwp staff
- Using fake or stolen payment information
- Attempting to bypass geo-restrictions via VPN or proxy

11 Changes to Terms and Termination

11.2 Right to Close an Account

- If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected
- If money laundering is suspected
- If a user provides false or misleading information
- Due to requirements of applicable law or regulatory rules
11.3 Member's Right to Close an Account
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. If all applicable wagering conditions are not met before the account is closed, any outstanding bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
